Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive candidate who shall build key customer relationships, identify new leads and business opportunities, and help the Directors to close business engagement leads.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Lead generation through Networking, Knowledge marketing and Outreach
- Responsible for preparing, implementing and augmenting business development strategy in line with Vision of the company.
- Responsible for identifying and mining services to various clients (New / existing), association, Independent Global Businesses.
- Responsible for digital marketing, content coordination and development and synchronization with different media
- Ensuring membership with various chamber of commerce and alliances for Knowledge exchange
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and maximize opportunities.
- Lead the creation and delivery of compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations and engagement letters.
- Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to represent the company and generate leads.
- Coordinate the end-to-end business development process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Provide market feedback to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a robust client database using digital tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.
Requirements
- The Ideal Candidate shall be motivated and creative individual having excellent communication skills with aptitude for Business development of market entry firm.
- Relevant industry experience in B2B and B2C professional services environment, relevant experience of at least 2-3 years
- If he/ she has professional background of law or accounting – he/she will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute business plans.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ethical conduct and the ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
