Overview: Stratrich is seeking a seasoned Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Expert to manage and optimize our HR and workforce solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, streamline processes, and enhance overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- PEO Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of PEO services, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR and payroll systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define PEO objectives and key performance indicators.
- Compliance Management:
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure PEO services comply with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
- Employee Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Collaborate with benefit providers to optimize offerings.
- Payroll and Tax Administration:
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance in coordination with PEO service providers.
- Verify accuracy of payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- HR Technology Integration:
- Integrate PEO services with HR technology platforms for efficient data management.
- Implement tools to enhance employee self-service and streamline HR processes.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries related to PEO services.
- Collaborate with PEO partners to resolve employee relations issues promptly.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of PEO services.
- Generate regular reports on key HR and workforce metrics.
- Cost Management:
- Monitor and manage costs associated with PEO services.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with PEO vendors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in PEO implementation and management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits administration, payroll processing, and tax compliance.
