Rajat is Founder and Director at Stratrich Consulting
He is functionally responsible for Business Development and Marketing at Stratrich. Operationally he leads all Doing Business in India and Doing Business in UAE consultancy engagements, which includes Market Entry, Entity Analysis, Business model structuring, site and location analysis and demand and supply advisory. He has 23+ years of experience in the field of Doing business in India & UAE. His expertise includes working with a cross section of industries.
Rajat is a qualified Chartered Accountant in India with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Delhi University, where he graduated with honours. he is also a CPA from CPA Australia and holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate from Delaware State Board of Accountancy, USA (Not in Public Practice). Additionally, Rajat is a Certified Information System Auditor (C.I.S.A) and a Member of Information System Audit and Control Association, USA. In the past, he has worked with one of the Big Four Consultancies, Deloitte.
Apart from his experience in the consulting domain of Doing business in India & Doing Business in UAE, he has extensive experience in Co-Sourcing, Outsourcing and Offshoring.
He has served multinationals from countries such as Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, UAE, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Norway, Switzerland, South Africa and Taiwan.
He has also co-authored two books on Transfer Pricing published by Lexis Nexis and Taxman respectively and is regular speaker and writer for various professional forums and journals.
