These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://stratrich.com/ae/ (the "Website"), and any content, tools (such as the cost calculator), forms, guides and information made available through it.
The Website is operated by Stratrich Consulting ("Stratrich," "we," "us," or "our"), a professional consulting firm that helps businesses set up and operate in the UAE, providing company formation (Free Zone, Mainland and Offshore), taxation, accounting, corporate, advisory and regulatory services (the "Services").
By accessing or using the Website, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Definitions
"Content" means all text, graphics, logos, images, guides, videos, tools and other material on the Website.
"Services" means the professional consulting and related services offered by Stratrich, delivered under a separate engagement agreement.
"Engagement Agreement" means a separate written agreement, proposal or engagement letter between you and Stratrich under which the Services are actually provided.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the Website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or disrupt the Website or its servers;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;

- provide false information or misrepresent your identity through our forms.

No client or advisory relationship is created merely by using the Website, submitting a form, using the cost calculator, or booking a consultation. A professional relationship arises only upon execution of a separate Engagement Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All Content, including the Stratrich name, logo, trademarks, design, text, graphics and guides, is owned by or licensed to Stratrich and protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may view and, where expressly offered, download guides for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You must not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Submissions and Communications
When you submit an enquiry, request a guide, use the cost calculator, or contact us via the Website, WhatsApp, email or phone, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. Submissions are handled per our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential or sensitive information (such as passport copies) through unsecured channels until an Engagement Agreement is in place.
7. Third-Party Links and Partners
The Website may contain links to, or embedded content from, third parties (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, partner free zones, government authorities and the Allinial Global network). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

Liability arising from the actual provision of the Services shall be governed exclusively by the relevant Engagement Agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratrich and its group entities, directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Confidentiality
Confidential information exchanged during a consultation or the delivery of Services will be treated per the confidentiality provisions of the relevant Engagement Agreement and applicable professional obligations.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, changes in law, strikes, or utility/internet/technical failures.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai, UAE shall have jurisdiction, subject to any different dispute-resolution mechanism agreed in an Engagement Agreement, whose provisions shall prevail over this Section for the Services.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
